If you don’t want your order delivered to your home, ou can have your package delivered directly to a Chronopost pickup point or a Rossignol store. No need to transport your gear and be burdened between your home and your destination!
How does it work?
- You select your pickup location when you confirm your order.
- The selected partner will receive your order 48 hours before the start date you chose.
- You will pick up your order at the pickup point with your ID.
However, if there's an issue with your order (size, color, etc.), our partners will not be able to replace the products directly. You'll need to contact us. All rental stock is 100% managed by Rossignol. Of course, everything is done to ensure there are no problems.
Delivery and Return Information
Delivery to a Chronopost pick-up point
When you place your order, choose a pickup point from the options provided based on the zip code you entered. You will then need to go to this pickup point to collect your package.
In-Store Delivery
This delivery method is considered a delivery to a specific address. The selected store will receive a notification about the order, and you'll need to go to the store to pick up your package.
Hotel or Vacation Residence Delivery
This method works in the same way as in-store delivery: the package is delivered to the address provided, and you'll need to go there to pick it up. Make sure your accommodation provider accepts package delivery and that you go during their opening hours.
Package Returns
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, packages must be returned exclusively to a Chronopost pickup point.
- If the package was delivered to a Chronopost pickup point, you can drop it off at the same location.
- In-home or in-store returns are not possible.
- You must return your package with the Repack return label stuck to the back.
