2. Confirm your rental by creating your space or by continuing your order as a guest. Please note, with the guest account, you will not have access to the tracking of your order, the information will only be available by email.
3. Receive your order at home, at a relay point, in one of our stores or at one of our partners.
4. Once you have enjoyed your stay, return your rental items in the reusable package.

In which countries is the ROSSIGNOL rental service available?

The ROSSIGNOL rental service is only available in France, Corsica (excluding overseas territories), and Italy. 

However, you can book a rental on all of our websites; the products will be physically made available for your stay in France or Italy.

Do you clean the products between rentals?

Yes, of course. Hygiene is an important part of our rental service. All items are inspected, washed, cleaned with ozone treatment, and repaired (if necessary).

How far in advance should I reserve my products?

It's up to you. In any case, you will receive your rental order between 2 and 4 days before your selected travel date (depending on the type of delivery chosen), to take into account the preparation time before your departure. Please note, allow a period of 7 working days for the preparation and delivery of your ordere. So remember to rent your outfit at least one week before your event.

Our rental service is designed for short stays, to avoid purchasing a property that will be underused. The rental period minimum is 2 days , enough to enjoy a weekend, and can extend to 15 consecutive days maximum for longer stays.

It's free and easy! Your outfit will be delivered in a reusable Repack packaging that you must use to return your products. The return slip is already included in the package. All you have to do is fold your products, repackage them in the same package as the delivery, affix the return slip, and give it to a carrier.

You can cancel your rental directly from your My Account area. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled travel date. Once the order is processed, no changes can be made. Please note that it will take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Is it possible to extend my rental period after receiving my order?

This will depend on whether the rented products are expected by another customer and whether you have not exceeded the 15-day duration limit. In any case, please contact Customer Service for more information here

You can rent as many items as you like from our range of rental products. We've also created packs that will provide you with the perfect complete outfit. Please note that our accessories are only available for rental in addition to major items (ski jacket and pants or pack).

Can I use my ROSSIGNOL account for ROSSIGNOL rental?

The ROSSIGNOL account (on rossignol.com) cannot be used for rental and second choice services. You will need to create a separate ROSSIGNOL account for these two services.

It is possible that the desired items are no longer available for the selected dates or that the order deadline is too short (less than 7 working days before the first rental day).

You have several delivery options:
1. Standard delivery to your home (or to another address, such as a hotel for example).
2. Standard delivery to a Chronopost 2shop relay point.
3. Delivery to one of our stores, you will find the list here
4. You can also have your order delivered to one of our partners in a mountain resort. You will find all the details here

Can I change my delivery address date and/or rental date ?

As long as the order has not been processed by our teams, it is possible to make the change. Contact Customer Service directly here

For orders over €99, delivery and returns are free.

For deliveries to our stores or partners, delivery and returns are free.

For delivery to a collection point, delivery and returns will be charged €5.

For home delivery, delivery and returns will be charged €12.

As a reminder, deliveries are only made to France and Italy.

Is it possible to have it delivered to a hotel or resorts?

Yes, we deliver to hotels and resorts, provided the reception desk is open at the time of delivery. It's up to you to check whether your accommodation accepts parcels. In this case, the delivery fee will be €12.

Standard deliveries take between 1 and 4 days (depending on the delivery method chosen) once the order leaves our warehouse. You will receive your rental order 2 days before your chosen travel date, allowing you time to prepare for your departure.

If the carrier cannot deliver on the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.

I received my order, but one product is not suitable.

Please contact us at contact@circular.rossignol.com or by filling out the form here so that we can find a solution together. Before purchasing or renting, make sure you choose your size carefully; you will find all the details in the guide here.

First, use the packaging you received. It's reusable and designed to last multiple trips.
Then, use the Chronopost return label that was already provided to you (in the package with your products).
Then, there are several ways to return your items:
1 - You can drop off your package directly at a post office near your home or where you're staying. Please note: not all post offices accept Chronopost parcels.
2 - Or you can drop off your return package at a Chronopost 2shop collection point. Find the collection point closest to you here

Your proof of delivery must be stamped when you drop off your package. You are responsible for the shipment as the sender.
NOTE: Returns must be made from the same country in which you received the products; they cannot be returned from another country. Returns from a country other than the one where the order was delivered will not be processed by us.

Delivery can be made to one of our stores whose list is available here. However, returns must be made to the post office or a relay point.

How long do I have to return my rented products?

You have 2 days after your expected return date to return your products free of charge.

Payment pre-authorization is a mechanism for temporarily placing a sum on hold in the bank account of the credit card you used to pay. These funds are not debited from your bank account, but may appear in your bank account depending on your bank. This deposit automatically expires 30 days after the end of the rental. In the event of delays, damage to the products, or non-returns, this deposit may be deducted in part or in full.

The deposit corresponds to the value of the new equipment and is automatically taken in the form of a non-debit bank imprint at the time of the order.

What happens if I don't return the products I rented?

You will receive a reminder email to return your products on the last day of your rental period. If you are unable to return them within the allotted time, for whatever reason, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible (here). A late payment penalty of €10/day will be applied for each day beyond the return date indicated in the email. If the products are not returned within a maximum of 15 days, you will automatically be charged the amount for new items.

It's up to you. Either way, you'll receive your rental order. 2 days before your selected travel date,to help you prepare for your departure. Attention, count 7 working days for the preparation and delivery of your ordere. So remember to rent your outfit at least one week before your event.

I have lost the return label, what should I do?

Not at the moment, but you can go to our website rossignol.com and check if this product is still available. 

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

You do not need to clean the products before returning them. We sort, inspect, repair, and clean all products after their return. You can, of course, clean your clothes during the rental period if necessary. Please read the washing instructions on the product label carefully.

I have damaged one or more items during my rental period, what should I do?

Do not attempt to remove stubborn stains or repair holes. Once the items are returned, our experts will take care of them. Depending on the damage noted on the products, a cleaning and/or repair fee may apply, up to a maximum of €20. However, if the products cannot be returned to the rental circuit due to the damage noted, a penalty equal to 50% of the price of the new product will be charged.

If an item has been stolen, you must report the theft to the relevant authorities as soon as possible (within 24 hours). This will most likely result in your insurance covering the costs incurred.

What is the quality of second-choice products?

All second-hand products are fully functional, hygienically processed, and categorized. Products are categorized into three possible quality states: 

Very good: product with no visible signs of wear.

Good: product with slight imperfections (e.g., small stains, light pilling)

Satisfactory: product with visible signs of alteration, but not limiting the functionality of the item (e.g., scratches, pilling) The condition of a product will be mentioned in its sheet accompanied by a photo.

What is the price of second-choice products?

Second-hand products have different quality standards and may therefore have different prices. A product with minimal signs of use will cost more than one with obvious signs of use.

Can I use ROSSIGNOL account to purchase second choice products?

The ROSSIGNOL account (on rossignol.com) cannot be used for rental and second-choice services. You will need to create a separate ROSSIGNOL account for these two services.

What is the warranty on second choice products?

We provide a legal warranty for second-hand items upon presentation of the invoice. Damage caused by misuse, personal error, and natural wear and tear are excluded. Products cannot be returned due to defects mentioned on the product sheet at the time of purchase; these will be clearly indicated in the item description on the invoice.

A complaint about a second-choice product, what should I do?

The cost of a return is €15. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

How long can I return a second-hand product?

You can return your purchased second choice product within 14 days of receipt.
